2021 Terms and Conditions

Terms of Payment

Please read carefully and familiarise yourself with these Terms of Payment (“Terms”) prior to registering in one of our workshops.

  1. Deemed Acceptance. Registration in one of our workshops is subject to and conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. If you complete your registration you will be taken to have accepted to these Terms.
  2. Deposit. Enrolment in a workshop requires payment of a $205.00 deposit which is payable at the time of enrolment. NB: This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to a future date other than in accordance with these Terms.
  3. Balance Due. You agree to pay the balance due for the workshop on or before the due date set out on the Invoice or invoices we send you.
  4. Cancellations by Us4.1 We reserve the right to set and limit class sizes. We also reserve the right to cancel workshops in the event that prior to the scheduled date: Enrolments for a workshop do not meet minimum class sizes as set by us. Circumstances that are beyond our control, which prevent the workshop going ahead including where for any reason the workshop tutor becomes unavailable. 4.2 If we cancel, we will notify you as soon as we can and if you do not wish to transfer to another workshop, all money paid by you including your deposit, will be refunded to you minus an administration fee of $50.00.
  5. Cancellations by You5.1 You agree there is a Cancellation Deadline of 5pm 19 February 2021. 5.2 You may cancel your booking before or after the Cancellation Deadline but you must advise us in writing and different entitlements apply. If you consider you are entitled to a refund you must request it and must include your name and invoice number. 5.3 If you cancel after the Cancellation Deadline, you are not eligible for any refunds. You will still be held responsible for any outstanding amounts on your invoices or invoices. 5.4 If you cancel before the Cancellation Deadline, you will be eligible for a refund of any monies paid minus the non-refundable deposit. 5.5 If you do not attend on the due date for a workshop you will not be eligible for a refund of any amount. 5.6 If you are unable to attend we are very happy for you to arrange for another participant to replace you in a workshop however, it is your responsibility to pass on all relevant information to the new participant. You must advise us in writing of this with the contact details for the new participant and the workshop name at the earliest possible time. You still remain responsible for all payments due to us. 5.7 If you do not pay the balance due when it is required by the Invoice, we will treat it as a cancellation by you after the Cancellation Deadline.

 

2021 Art School and COVID-19.

We are committed to bringing you the best experience in 2021 that we can provide. Although we can’t predict the future, as we navigate the coming months it is possible that the government will continue to enforce restrictions and controls on how businesses can operate due to COVID-19. If this is the case it is likely that there will be changes and amendments to our 2021 Art School program due to these ongoing impacts of COVID-19. We are closely monitoring the changes as they occur.

In these uncertain times we understand that when registering for one of our workshops you need to have confidence regarding how refunds will be managed by us in 2021. In the event that all or part of our 2021 Art School – either in it’s entirety or individual workshops – has to be cancelled due to government restrictions you will receive a full refund of any monies you have paid (minus Paypal fees of $6.43).

Cancellations by Us – If we have to cancel 2021 workshops due to Government restrictions, including tutor unavailability or border closures, you will receive a full refund of all monies you have paid (minus Paypal fees of $6.43). There will be no administration fee retained.

Cancellations by You – If you are unable to attend the Art School in Grafton in April 2021 because of Government restrictions involving border closures, you will receive a full refund of all monies you have paid (minus Paypal fees of $6.43). There will be no administration fee retained.

We will advise you of any decision we make regarding cancellations as soon as we can via your personal email address.
